Requirements

15+ years of experience in .NET application development and architecture
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Core, and Microservices
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch)
Experience designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native applications
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging services
Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases
CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
Strong understanding of system design, security, performance optimization, and best practices
Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills, * Target candidates with recent experience as .NET Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
Must have hands-on AWS architecture experience, not just exposure.
Experience in the Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
Prior experience leading architecture, design reviews, and mentoring development teams is a plus.
Preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
