Job description

As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits., Collect and organize data from various sources, including internal databases and external websites

Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
Develop and maintain data models and databases for efficient data analysis
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and work towards resolving them
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience with database management and data modeling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
