Job description

Deploy, install, provision, and support Starlink connectivity for 25+ upcoming field projects

  • Stand up new network equipment on short notice in field/remote environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intermittent connectivity and networking issues at remote sites
  • Collaborate with field personnel and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond rapidly to business-critical network outages
  • Configure and administer LAN/WAN, VLANs, Layer 3 routing, and firewall security
  • Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions and Cradlepoint cellular networking devices
  • Manage network circuits and coordinate with carriers
  • Monitor network performance and respond to alerts using network management platforms
  • Perform network architecture design, implementation, and automation (including SD-WAN templates)
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and device interoperability troubleshooting

Requirements

Must have: Starlink deployment experience

  • Certifications: CCNA or CCNP (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Cisco Routers & Switches
  • SD-WAN deployment and administration
  • Cradlepoint cellular networking devices
  • VLAN configuration, Layer 3 routing, IP addressing, subnetting, provisioning
  • Circuit management and carrier coordination
  • Network monitoring and alerting platforms
  • Remote site & field network deployments
  • Network troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Firewall configuration and security best practices
  • Network architecture design and implementation
  • SD-WAN template deployment and network automation
  • Routing protocols and enterprise networking concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in field/industrial/remote environments Preferred Skills:

  • Additional certifications: SD-WAN vendor certifications or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, utility, or remote-site networking environments
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on Network Engineering experience
  • Experience with SD-WAN template automation
  • Experience with remote site or industrial network deployments Other:
