Job description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst II to support a large healthcare organization on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on integrating biomedical systems with Epic, leading testing efforts, and providing application support to ensure reliable clinical system performance across multiple facilities., * Lead testing for a biomedical systems implementation, including middleware configuration to interface with Epic across clinical areas and facilities

  • Translate clinical and business requirements into data sources, user types, interface components, and technical specs
  • Plan and support unit acceptance testing, deployments, and end user training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application function defects

Requirements

  • 1-3 years with Epic EMR or comparable clinical/business applications
  • Hands-on experience with Epic modules: Inpatient Clinical Documentation, Stork, Beacon, OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, Cupid, Willow, ASAP, EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart
  • Epic Certification within 6 months of start
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or clinical degree a plus); clinical background preferred
