Job description
· Own custom bearing design from customer requirements through manufacturing. Design components, improve production, develop tooling, and launch new products.

What You’ll Do:
· Design bearing components and assemblies.
· Support customer applications and product development.
· Improve machining, stamping, tooling, and assembly.
· Develop manufacturing plans, work instructions, and engineering changes.
· Drive DFMA, Lean, Kaizen, quality, and continuous improvement.
· Lead engineering projects across multiple departments.
Requirements
· Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
· Mechanical design and manufacturing engineering experience.
· Bearing design or precision mechanical components preferred.
· Metal stamping, machining, tooling, and manufacturing knowledge.
· Blueprints, GD&T, DFMA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks., * Bearing Design: 3 years (Required)
- Tooling: 4 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing Engineering: 4 years (Preferred)
