Job description

Drive end to end program delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
Develop detailed program plans, timelines, roadmaps, status reports, and communication frameworks.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers-proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Lead cross functional meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
Partner closely with engineering leads to define technical requirements, architecture impacts, and solution trade offs.
Understand APIs, systems design, data flows, and cloud architectures to effectively guide technical discussions.
Translate complex technical information into clear business insights for leadership.
Serve as the primary contact for program status, issues, planning, and communications.
Influence senior leaders and decision makers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, operations, security, and support teams.
Establish and improve scalable processes, best practices, and governance structures.
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
Track KPIs and metrics to measure program health and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
5 10+ years of experience in program management, engineering, or technical product roles.
Demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex, cross functional programs.
Experience in Data Conversion and Data Migration Programs
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Needs to be proactive & own delivery
Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
