The Digital Project Coordinator will support the ecommerce and digital teams with the execution of brand vision and strategy across all channels.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

Collaborates with cross-functional partners (marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, creative, and planning) to collect information and feedback and manages execution of changes within the appropriate deadlines

Coordinates feedback from multiple parties and manages execution of changes within the appropriate deadlines and managing team workloads
-
Manages asset requests for marketing creative from initiation through execution
-
Assists in proofing emails & site assets with high attention to detail
-
Executes established standards and provides suggestions and feedback on process refinements and new opportunities based on competitive landscape and best-in-class retailer

Experience in retail/ecommerce a plus

1-2 years’ experience in a marketing coordination related position, previous retail, agency or marketing experience preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, * While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
