Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst

Summary: Seeking an Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst to support the design, configuration, maintenance, optimization, testing, and production support of Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) workflows for inpatient nursing environments. The role involves collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance documentation workflows, support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Must Have: Epic ClinDoc Certification, Epic ClinDoc Build & Configuration, Inpatient Nursing Workflows (Med/Surg, LTC, Rehab), Epic Testing & Upgrades, Clinical Documentation (Flowsheets, Assessments, Care Plans, Navigators), Production Support & Troubleshooting.

· Epic ClinDoc Certification (Mandatory)

· 2+ years of Epic ClinDoc analyst experience supporting inpatient nursing workflows

· Strong experience with flowsheets, assessments, care plans, nursing documentation, worklists, and navigators

· Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades

· Knowledge of Med/Surg, Long-Term Care (LTC), and Rehabilitation workflows

· Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions

· Experience with production support, regression testing, and workflow optimization

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

· Epic certification in ASAP, Orders, or Rehab

· Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience

· Experience supporting integrated Epic applications (Willow, Beacon, Radiant, Ambulatory, Security, Reporting)

Education:

· Partial or completed college degree preferred.
