IT Support Analyst

Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to support our client in the manufacturing industry. This role is highly hands-on and operationally critical, providing technical support to systems that directly impact warehouse and manufacturing operations.

The position follows an overnight schedule of 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off, and requires dependability and responsiveness in a production-driven setting. Training for the first two weeks will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM., * Provide hands-on support and configuration for RF scanners used in warehouse and logistics operations

• Troubleshoot and maintain Zebra label printers and related peripherals
• Perform system imaging, device deployments, and updates using SCCM and/or Intune
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues including DNS, DHCP, Telnet, and SSH
• Administer Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
• Deliver Tier 1-2 technical support in a Microsoft 365 environment
• Document processes, incidents, and resolutions to support operational continuity
• Ensure minimal downtime for users supporting manufacturing and distribution workflows

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics environments
• Proven experience supporting RF scanners and Zebra printers
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and device management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Experience supporting users in an O365 / Microsoft 365 environment
