Job description
- Enter data in multiple university systems - 30%
- Provide support for faculty, staff, and administration - 30%
- Use data to assist in planning for all online operations - 20%
- Help to develop improved process based on data - 20%
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree preferred
- Data entry experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Experience learning and using multiple software products required
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for extended periods of time working on a computer and keyboard
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Experience with Microsoft Office products required. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred
