Job description

  • Enter data in multiple university systems - 30%
  • Provide support for faculty, staff, and administration - 30%
  • Use data to assist in planning for all online operations - 20%
  • Help to develop improved process based on data - 20%
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree preferred
  • Data entry experience required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Experience learning and using multiple software products required
  • Experience managing multiple projects at one time preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for extended periods of time working on a computer and keyboard

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Experience with Microsoft Office products required. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred
