Benefits Configuration Analyst (Facets)

What You’ll Do

• Design, analyze, and implement benefit coding changes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to determine the impact on current benefit plan designs and claims processing.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, group setups, and benefit structures within the Facets platform.
• Recommend the most effective configuration solutions based on client and business requirements.
• Manage complex and non-standard benefit plan designs through coding, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Perform configuration testing and quality validation prior to production deployment.
• Collaborate with internal business, operations, implementation, and technical teams to clarify benefit requirements.
• Troubleshoot benefit configuration issues and coordinate timely resolutions across multiple teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical configuration specifications.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all configuration changes and implementations.

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare claims processing experience in a Facets environment.
• Experience working in a Healthcare BPO, Health Plan, Managed Care Organization, or Healthcare Payer environment.
• Hands-on experience with Facets Benefits Configuration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare benefits, benefit setup, group setup, and claims processing.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills., * Experience configuring complex healthcare benefit plans.
• Knowledge of managed care and payer operations.
• Experience supporting multiple client implementations.
• Familiarity with benefit configuration testing and validation processes.

Compensation: Up to $60,000/year (Includes a base salary of $57,000 plus the opportunity to earn an additional $3,000 annually through the QPLC incentive program.)
