IT Project Manager

• Plan and manage IT projects end-to-end, including charters, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance routines, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution definition across business and technical teams.
• Coordinate system implementations, integrations, migrations, testing, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.
• Manage vendors, ensure compliance and security considerations, and maintain clear documentation throughout delivery.
• Support change-control, readiness activities, and adoption through training, communication, and structured handoffs.

Seeking a structured, detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead technology and business-systems initiatives from requirements through implementation and adoption.

This role partners with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams to deliver projects that improve processes, strengthen systems, support compliance, and enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate brings strong project discipline, technical fluency, business-process awareness, and the ability to drive alignment in fast-moving environments., * Minimum 3+ years of IT or business-systems project management experience.
