IT Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and partnering with teams to deliver meaningful results. This is an opportunity to lead projects from planning through deployment, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and help drive technology solutions that support evolving business needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., * Lead multiple technology projects from planning through deployment, managing timelines, risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

• Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Product Owners and development teams, and help ensure successful delivery through testing and production deployment.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, training materials, and deployment documentation.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, proactively manage changing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.

• 5+ years of combined project management and business analysis experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban delivery methodologies, including Scrum practices.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting business processes, with ERP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft 365, along with an interest in leveraging AI tools.
