Power BI Reporting Consultant

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI Reporting Consultant in San Antonio, TX., * Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting solutions

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs

Develop reporting and visualizations that provide visibility into:

• KPI performance
• Operational and business health
• Program and initiative progress
• Risks, trends, and opportunities

• Resource and capacity utilization

• Consolidate data from multiple systems and sources into meaningful reporting solutions
• Create self-service dashboards and reporting tools for leadership teams
• Recommend improvements to reporting processes, metrics, and dashboard design
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
• Support governance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making through effective analytics and reporting

• 5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices
• Experience working directly with executive and senior leadership stakeholders
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working within large enterprise environments
• Ability to operate independently with limited direction and high levels of ambiguity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
