Business Systems & Integration Specialist

A security monitoring company is seeking a Business Systems & Integration Specialist to build and enhance its Salesforce platform while developing AI-powered automations and system integrations. The ideal candidate has a developer background, can multitask, and can design scalable solutions that improve business operations. Training will be provided on the company’s AI automation approach.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain the company’s Salesforce platform.

• Integrate Salesforce with QuickBooks, payroll, and other business systems.

• Build, test, and improve AI agents and automated workflows.

• Design and improve business processes through automation.

• Support data migrations and ongoing system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot system integrations and automation issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement technical solutions.

• 2+ years of experience in a developer, business systems, or technical role.

• Experience with APIs and system integrations.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a developer mindset.

• Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Experience with AI tools or automation platforms is a plus.
