You will have strong Go expertise, experience building complex distributed systems, and a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures. Previous experience working in high-growth or startup environments beneficial.

The Role:
- Define and drive the long-term architecture for a shared, extensible platform serving multiple market-focused products.
- Modernise legacy products by extracting and transforming shared services to reduce complexity and improve maintainability.

- Extract and integrate AI capabilities into the shared platform for reuse across products.
- Make high-impact technical decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

- Strong backend engineering expertise across APIs, microservices, data pipelines, or platform architecture.
- Experience working across both legacy systems and greenfield development.
