Job description

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop secure, reliable, and enterprise-grade applications.

Git, * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and developing Microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven applications.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda) or Azure.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
Exposure to Elasticsearch and Kibana.
Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Spring Security., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
