Job description

We are a Belgian engineering consulting firm that assists SMEs and large industrial organizations in bringing their innovation and R&D initiatives to life., In the eDCT project organization, you will become one of the Scrum Masters for the Calibration (Functional Validation & Performance) team. - You will take the lead in organizing the sprint content together with other Calibration stakeholders (Calibration Product Owners, Calibration Program Manager, etc.). - You will take the lead in hosting the sprint-related meetings where project tasks are planned, discussed, and reviewed, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up and Sprint Review/Retrospective meetings. - You will ensure the smooth daily execution of calibration tasks by proactively identifying and removing roadblocks. - You will coordinate the requests coming from and towards the other Agile teams. - You will provide input to timing and scope discussions at project level. - You will contribute to overall project reporting, both to internal and external stakeholders. - You are familiar with or eager to learn tools used in Agile project delivery and calibration development environments., We offer you a position as a consultant within the fascinating world of high tech and innovation. Requirements

Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a strong interest in automotive engineering. - Experience on calibration and/ or software development is a strong plus. - Experience on Agile methodology and Scrum planning is a strong plus. - You have a high sense of urgency, enabling you to set the right priorities. If needed, by aligning with the required stakeholders. - You have a pragmatic approach combined with a can-do mentality to remove roadblocks and to drive/lead your team to success. - You are flexible and able to adapt in a changing organization. - Leadership skills with a structured approach are key to successfully guiding your team. - You are strongly process-driven and actively ensure the correct application of internal processes within your team. - You report accurately and on time, summarizing complex topics in a clear way for both internal and external stakeholders. - Proficient communication in English (both written and spoken) is a must. Knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
