Job description

  • Own client data analysis as a core part of your daily work; building, maintaining and evolving regular reporting to track CRM performance and client behaviour.
  • Work hands-on with CHANEL’s Client Data ecosystem: PowerBI (reporting & dashboarding), Imagino and Salesforce.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in client data and translate these into clear recommendations for the business.
  • Develop local data request documents to inform and optimise EDM strategies based on local client insights and business needs.
  • Run post-campaign analyses to measure impact, identify performance drivers and fuel continuous improvement.
  • Build and deliver targeted client lists for campaigns, ensuring a personalised and relevant client experience.

EDM & Campaign Management

  • Plan and own the EDM campaign calendar, ensuring effective and data-informed communications throughout the year.
  • Coordinate print marketing campaigns to support KEMs and personalised birthday gifting initiatives.
  • Oversee EDM validation, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all outgoing communications.
  • Guide and coach the CRM Intern in EDM execution and campaign reporting.

Loyalty

  • Monitor and continuously improve the loyalty programme (La Collection), using data to assess programme health and identify areas for growth.
  • Act as the key liaison with the Customer Care Centre for all F&B-related CRM topics.

Requirements

As CRM Specialist within CHANEL’s Fragrance & Beauty team in Benelux & Scandinavia, you play a central role in building deeper knowledge of our clients and translating that knowledge into smart CRM decisions. Data is at the heart of everything you do; from tracking performance and running campaign analyses to identifying trends and shaping strategy. This position combines strong analytical work with hands-on campaign execution. We’re looking for someone who is naturally drawn to data, comfortable working independently with complex datasets, and able to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations., * Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a CRM, data analytics or data-driven marketing role.
  • Passion for data analysis - you don’t just run reports, you ask questions, dig deeper and turn findings into stories that drive action.
  • Proficient in BI tools (PowerBI strongly preferred) and/or CRM platforms (Salesforce, Imagino or equivalent).
  • Strong ability to work autonomously with data - structuring analyses, drawing conclusions and presenting findings with clarity and confidence.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or luxury is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
  • Collaborative team player who can work independently and support a team
  • Fulltime available and living in or around Brussel
