Be an early applicant, * Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Analytics-Plattform mit Fokus auf Self-Service BI, Datenmodellierung und eine performante, zukunftsfähige Reporting- und Analyse-Landschaft
Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Governance des Datenmodells unter Berücksichtigung von Business Alignment, Skalierbarkeit, Konsistenz und definierten Standards

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (HTL/FH/Universität), technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine fundierte fachliche Ausbildung
Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics, BI-Entwicklung oder Data Platform Engineering
Fundierte Kenntnisse in BI Tools (vorzugsweise PowerBI, Tableau o. ä., Datenmodellierung, DAX, Berichtsgestaltung, Governance)
Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen (z. B. Star Schema, dimensionale Modellierung)
Gutes Verständnis für Data Engineering-Konzepte (ETL/ELT-Pipelines, Data Warehousing/Data Lakes, Cloud-Plattformen) sowie praktische Erfahrung mit SQL; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools aus dem Modern Data Stack wie Snowflake und dbt
Kommunikationsfähigkeit bzw. die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich an nicht-technische Stakeholder zu vermitteln
Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

About the company

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is 2.867,42 gross per month for a 40-hour work week, based on full fulfillment of the job profile. The actual compensation will, of course, be based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
