• Define and execute the EMEA Data Quality strategy for Business Partner and Material Master Data.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance rules, and KPI frameworks.
• Lead data quality assessments, identify data issues, and implement remediation plans.
• Drive country-level data cleansing and enrichment activities before, during, and after SAP deployments.
• Oversee data migration readiness, validation, correction processes, and post-migration audits.
• Manage and enhance data quality tooling including Syniti, Collibra, SAP MDG, and Power BI reporting solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts supporting regional data quality initiatives.
• Promote a strong data governance culture across business and country teams.

• Proven experience in Data Quality, Data Management, or Data Governance within complex international environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Master Data, particularly Business Partners (Customers & Vendors) and/or Material Master data.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and ERP migration programs.
• Strong understanding of data quality processes including data profiling, cleansing, validation, harmonization, and remediation.
• Experience defining and tracking data quality KPIs, governance standards, and monitoring frameworks.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG, Master Data Management solutions, or related data governance tools.
• Experience with data quality and reporting tools such as Syniti, Collibra, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and drive continuous data quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions.
• Previous team leadership or people management experience is highly desirable.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
