Data Migration Developer - 12 Months - Sao Paulo

to support the design, development, testing, and execution of complex data migration activities across multiple SAP load cycles., * Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL jobs using SAP Data Services (BODS).

• Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.
• Build and execute complex migration scripts, workflows, and transformation logic.
• Develop data validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions to support migration readiness.
• Support Tech Loads, Mock Loads, Dress Rehearsals, and Production Load activities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution teams, architects, and Data Readiness Analysts.
• Monitor migration execution, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards and governance.
• Contribute to automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3-5+ years of experience in Data Migration, ETL Development, or SAP BODS-related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS).
• Experience loading data into SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of ETL development, data transformation, and data cleansing techniques.
• Experience with SAP migration methodologies including:
• IDocs
• BAPIs
• LSMW
• LTMC
• SAP Migration Cockpit
• Strong SQL development and data manipulation skills.
• Experience analysing source-to-target mappings and designing migration strategies.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and calculation views is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot data migration issues and optimise ETL performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English., * 5+ years of Data Migration and SAP BODS experience.
• Experience with multiple end-to-end SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Ability to define migration frameworks, validation strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Experience administering and supporting SAP BODS environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Strong experience with performance optimisation and handling large data volumes.
• Experience reviewing code and mentoring junior developers.
• Knowledge of Information Steward is advantageous.
• Ability to drive best practices, reusable frameworks, and technical standards across migration teams.
