Cloud Computing System Configuration Oracle (Applications) Platform as a Service (PAAS) Oracle HCM Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Core HR

Investigating complex Oracle HCM incidents raised by business users through to fix and resolution.
Managing system developments and changes from specification through to implementation.
Overseeing Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, testing and other essential maintenance
Coordinating feeder system integrations into Oracle Cloud within the PaaS solution.
Working in collaboration with the 3rd party technical support provider
Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on best use of Oracle Cloud., * The post holder will be required to comply with organisation’s policies and procedures.
The organisation has a no smoking policy. Staff are not permitted to smoke on any of the organisation’s premises nor in any vehicle used on organisation business.

Experience of leading on the technical management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, ORC, BIP Publisher
Experience of maintaining and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet business requirement and troubleshoot and fix issues
Experience of using service desk systems to manage user queries through to resolution
Experience of change management processes, systems configuration and testing techniques
Knowledge and understanding of Local Authority IT functions and requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels with clients, colleagues, partners and external organisations.
