Job description

An excellent opportunity for a DV Cleared Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud programme. You will support and enhance key HR and Payroll services, working with stakeholders to deliver functional improvements while maintaining a critical live environment., * Support Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll operations

  • Configure and enhance HCM functionality
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Support Oracle quarterly releases and legislative updates
  • Assist with testing, documentation and knowledge management
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on change initiatives

Requirements

  • Active DV Clearance
  • Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience
  • Expertise across Core HR and Payroll
  • Knowledge of Absence Management and Time & Labour
  • Experience supporting live Oracle Cloud services
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of Oracle security concepts

Desirable

  • UK Payroll legislation knowledge
  • OTBI or BI Publisher reporting experience
  • ServiceNow, Jira or Tosca experience
  • Public Sector HR or Payroll experience
