Job description

Within the IT Corporate Procurement Department, you will join the teams responsible for modernizing and automating the Group’s Procurement processes, in a context driven by numerous parallel initiatives. You will work in particular on the deployment of the Supplier Relationship Management COUPA solution, notably on the Supplier Creation scope, and will play a central role in coordinating activities between business and IT teams, Master Data Management teams, as well as between CEVA and CMA CGM teams. As IT Project Manager, you will support the design, integration, and deployment of the COUPA solution end-to-end, from functional design through to implementation across the Group’s various countries and entities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Deployment and design of the SRM / COUPA solution :

  • Drive the deployment of the SRM tool, in particular on the Supplier Creation scope.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams to define requirements and solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and functional definition of the COUPA solution.
  • Monitor and contribute to data migration activities.

Coordination and integrations :

  • Ensure coordination with the Master Data Management teams on data-related topics.
  • Drive integrations between COUPA and existing systems.
  • Coordinate the technical teams involved (internal IT, vendor, partners).
  • Ensure functional and technical coordination of SRM/COUPA integrations.

Cross-functional steering between CEVA / CMA CGM:

  • Synchronize and coordinate activities between the CEVA and CMA CGM teams.
  • Provide cross-functional steering of exchanges between CEVA and CMA CGM on the SRM/COUPA domain.
  • Contribute to the overall monitoring of releases and deployments by country and by entity.

Requirements

At least 7 years of professional experience, including proven experience in project management.

  • Experience in deploying or integrating SRM / Procurement solutions (COUPA or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of coordination challenges between business teams, IT, and vendors/partners.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and engage multiple, international stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills: planning, risks, dependencies, reporting.
  • Rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a matrix and international environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English; French is a major asset.
