Full Stack Software Engineer

We value professionals with experience across both frontend and backend development. While you may have a stronger background in either frontend (React) or backend (Java/Spring Boot), we expect you to be comfortable contributing across the full stack when needed.

Location: Hybrid - Madrid (3 days per week onsite, Sol area)

Language: Very good command of English required

• Work within a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies and a DevOps-centric approach.
• Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
• Participate in code reviews and pull request processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business areas to understand business needs.
• Take part in planning and feature refinement sessions.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with the overall architecture vision.
• Actively contribute to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality code aligned with development standards and guidelines.
• Experience in software engineering across frontend and backend environments.
• Knowledge of React and Java Spring Boot technologies.
• Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Pragmatic, open-minded, and proactive attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and improvements.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and support transformation initiatives.
• Pride in delivering high-quality solutions and leading by example.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
