Job description

Tekberry is actively hiring for multiple semiconductor manufacturing, maintenance, technical, and cleanroom support opportunities within a fast-paced wafer fabrication and production environment in San Jose, CA.

We are building pipelines for candidates with backgrounds in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, cleanroom operations, production support, technical troubleshooting, and manufacturing operations.

Typical Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by role but may include:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and manufacturing systems Support semiconductor wafer fabrication and cleanroom operations Maintain detailed maintenance and production records Follow all safety, contamination control, and cleanroom procedures Support equipment uptime, process improvement, and operational efficiency Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams Operate within fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments

Requirements

Do you have experience in Troubleshooting schematics?, Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, technical, or cleanroom environments preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Electro-mechanical aptitude Experience using hand tools, DVMs, or diagnostic equipment preferred Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, or work instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off-shifts as needed Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused mindset Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates with experience from the following industries or environments are highly encouraged to apply:

Semiconductor manufacturing Wafer fabrication / cleanroom operations Solar manufacturing Electronics manufacturing High-vacuum systems environments

Semiconductor wafer fabrication and cleanroom environments Fast-paced manufacturing operations Standing, lifting, and extended shift work may be required depending on assignment PPE and contamination control procedures required
