Job description
- Develop and troubleshoot healthcare transactions including 837, 835, 277CA, 278, 270/271, etc., using Edifecs tools
- Build profiles, routes, and trading partner relationships within Edifec
- Connect to endpoints such as HTTP/S, SFTP, file systems, databases, and queues
- Support the configuration and maintenance of Edifecs Spec Builder, Transaction Manager, XEServer, and xes-manager
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Edifecs, including Spec Builder, Transaction Manager, XEServer, and xes-manager
- Strong experience with EDI X12 healthcare transactions (837, 835, 277CA, 278, 270/271, etc.)
- Experience building profiles, routes, and trading partner relationships
- Experience connecting to endpoints such as HTTP/S, SFTP, file systems, databases, and queues
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, * Functional knowledge of healthcare transactions and workflows
- Experience with scripting languages such as Groovy or Java
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Jira)
- Experience with automated testing tools
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.

The position operates remotely and is responsible for healthcare transaction development and support within a mission-driven environment. The role requires experience supporting healthcare transactions and Edifecs development., Blu Omega is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) delivering technology and cybersecurity solutions to federal agencies and enterprise clients nationwide.
