ERP Technical Consultant

Due to continuing growth, our team is looking for an ERP Consultant to support our expanding customer base. The ideal candidate will hold a mixture of excellent communication skills, ERP experience, and business acumen. In this role, you will work directly with clients to define requirements, design, configure, train, implement, and support the solution. • Interview customers to document their requirements.
• Install, configure, and test the ERP system.
• Perform data migrations.
• Customize and configure the systems to integrate with multiple systems.
• Provide professional user training and support.
• Work effectively under time constraints, deadlines, and workloads with changing and multiple priorities.

Do you have experience in Sales pipeline management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Statistics or another computer-related field is required.

• 5+ years of experience with ERP and/or CRM software. Sage 100 ERP, Sage X3, or Acumatica is a plus.
• Superior interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer service.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• High business acumen, analytical skills and understanding of sales pipeline is a must.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Strong relationship-building skills and overall comprehension (or willingness to learn) of sales cycles.
• Knowledge of Financial Applications or complementary solutions is preferred.

The expected salary range for this role is $36 - $70 per hour, which represents a good faith and reasonable estimate.?
