RESOLUTION: 4 ARCHITECTURE is seeking an Architect / Architectural Designer to join our New York City studio. We are a small, design-focused practice specializing in modern residential architecture, with work spanning custom homes, renovations, multifamily development, and site planning, with a preeminent specialization in modular and prefabricated construction methods. Our team works across all phases of design and construction. We are looking for a thoughtful, resourceful individual who is eager to take ownership of meaningful work and contribute to all aspects of project delivery. Because of our size, team members gain broad exposure and responsibility as quickly as they demonstrate ability, participating in projects from schematic design through construction administration. Licensed architects, professionals pursuing licensure, and exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply. • Strong design, graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, well-organized construction documents and technical drawings, working under direction on construction details and assemblies, with high graphic standards, including intentional lineweights, clear annotations, and well-composed sheet layouts.
