Job description

  • Acts as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Master Data Governance (MDG) processes within Satair’s Company Management System (CMS)
  • Designs, documents, and maintains the Master Data Governance Framework, establishing clear data standards, policies, and structures
  • Integrates business requirements into governance processes while ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards
  • Responsible for monitoring process performance and validating IT Change Requests to drive efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and safeguard system integrity
  • Leads MDG work packages and coordinates Master Data Management (MDM) contributions for strategic transformation projects (e.g., Material Master Improvement Program [MMIP], Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] MDM & MDG)
  • Serves as Scrum Master for the Master Data team, facilitating all Scrum events to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Responsible for representing Master Data Governance in global projects, providing consultancy to stakeholders, and orchestrating the specialist community to promote the sharing of best practices

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable
  • Work experience in the field of Project Management, Process Improvement and Quality Management
  • Goog knowledge in Lean- and Process Management
  • Extensive experience in the areas of master data governance and business process management
  • Scrum Master (or equivalent experience) Certification
  • Skilled handling in SAP and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of modeling tools such as Symbio is desirable
  • Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken, Orizon’s “Aviation” unit is the specialist for personnel secondment in the aerospace sector and - thanks to its excellent industry experience - offers you interesting perspectives in this field.
