Manage and improve data protection and governance across SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

Review and improve access models, sharing settings, permissions and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 content.

Support the organization in becoming Copilot-ready by ensuring that information is structured, governed and protected appropriately.

Work with sensitivity labels, retention policies, DLP, conditional access and information protection where relevant.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and requests related to Microsoft 365 services.

Take ownership of Microsoft 365 migrations, platform upgrades, and adoption initiatives.

Collaborate with IT, security, compliance and business stakeholders to translate business needs into secure and practical solutions.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist to strengthen our digital workplace and help us get the most out of Microsoft 365 in a secure, well-governed and user-friendly way.
In this role, you will be an important part of developing and managing our Microsoft 365 environment across the group, with a focus on Teams, Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Enterprise Apps and Copilot readiness.
A key priority will be to ensure that our information is properly protected across SharePoint and OneDrive, especially as we increase the use of Microsoft Copilot. You will help drive governance, data protection and best practices to make sure users can collaborate efficiently without exposing sensitive information., * Several years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 in a corporate or enterprise environment.

Enterprise / 365 Apps
- Entra ID / Azure AD groups, access and identity basics

Good understanding of data protection and information governance in Microsoft 365.

Experience working with permissions, sharing policies, external access and lifecycle management in SharePoint and OneDrive.

Understanding of how Microsoft Copilot interacts with Microsoft 365 content, permissions and information access.

Ability to balance security, governance and user experience.
-
Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured way of working.
-
Good communication skills in English.

Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.
- Hands-on experience mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and supporting technical development across the team.
Personal Qualities
You are a hands-on Microsoft 365 professional who enjoys making technology work better for the business. You take ownership of your work and are comfortable driving initiatives from planning through implementation and continuous improvement. You understand that good collaboration requires both usability and control.
You are comfortable discussing permissions, governance and data protection, but you can also explain complex topics in a simple way to end users and business stakeholders.
You are proactive, structured and curious, with a strong interest in how Microsoft 365 and Copilot can create business value when implemented securely.
