Junior IT Support Engineer - £25,000 - £30,000pa - Guildford

This role would suite someone with 6 - 12 months of experience providing remote and face to face support a professional userbase., * 6- 24 months experience in IT Support.

• Familiar with call logging software.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 Applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot issues with PC, Laptops and Mobile devices.
• Troubleshooting Windows OS (Ideally 10 - 11)
