Job description
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Create, update, and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT engineers when required.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities accurately.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and password resets.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees by preparing IT equipment and user accounts.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure devices are up to date.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service-level expectations.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join a growing technology team in the United Kingdom. - 0-2 years of IT support or help desk experience (graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Active Directory is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using IT ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Azure, Intune, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not required.
