Job description
- Managed IT & Cyber Security: Administer, monitor, and support Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 tenants, cloud solutions, and data backup/disaster recovery (BDR).
- Networks & Structured Cabling: Install, configure, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and multi-faceted network systems. This includes hands-on structured wiring and network drops at client sites.
- Premise Security: Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of physical security camera setups and door access control solutions.
- Business Communications: Deploy and support modern business VoIP telephone and UCaaS systems.
- Hardware & Bench Tech Support: Build, repair, and troubleshoot desktop/server hardware. Provide both high-level remote commercial support and local residential walk-in PC cleanup/repair.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP, multi-client IT environment, or equivalent field-tech role. No-experience applicants will not be filtered through.
- Technical Versatility: Strong grasp of Windows systems, core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud administration, combined with the willingness to do physical infrastructure fieldwork.
- Professionalism & Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and drug-free. You will represent our brand directly on-site at commercial client facilities; a high standard of professional conduct and clean presentation is non-negotiable.
- Communication: Exceptional customer service skills. You must be able to speak to business owners, healthcare administrators, or residential walk-ins with equal clarity and respect.
- Education: Degree (Bachelor’s/Associate’s), Trade School graduate, or verifiable active industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)., * High school or equivalent (Required)
