Azure Data Engineer - Banking

You have broad knowledge of Microsoft Azure including, but not limited to, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure HDInsight, Azure Function, Spark, Python, and SQL. We implement Azure Cloud Services as an analytical platform in a DevOps and Agile way of working, and we want your help to do it. You will be responsible for the development and support of OLTP and OLAP data services in one of our Azure development teams. Tasks and responsibilities will be designing, developing, securing and implementing them.

How you strengthen our team You bring the following expertise to the table:

• Microsoft Azure Data certified - Fundamentals AZ-900/DP-200 & DP-201/DP-203
• Design and build modern data pipelines and data streams
• Design and build data service APIs

• Expose data to end users using PowerBI, Azure API Aps, or other modern visualization platform

• Analyze current business practices, process, and procedure and identify future opportunities for leveraging Microsoft Azure data and analytics PaaS services

• Support the planning and implementation of data platform services including sizing,
• configuration, and needs assessment
• Implement effective metrics and monitoring processes

Are you an experienced Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud? We’re eager to hear from you!, * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. ARM, Terraform, CLI, or PowerShell)

• Experience with Agile way of working
• Experience with working in DevOps teams
• Has a strong security focus and is risk aware
• Fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch
