Job description

Analyze and translate business processes into technical data solutions that deliver strategic and tactical insights.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models (Data Vault and dimensional/Kimball).
Build and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data reliability, completeness, and timeliness.
Identify opportunities to improve data usage and extract value from complex and fragmented datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance data products.
Advise stakeholders by uncovering underlying business needs and translating them into effective solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development within an Agile environment.

Requirements

HBO/WO level (e.g., IT, Business Administration, or related field).
Strong SQL skills (core competency).
3-5 years of experience in data modeling (dimensional and/or Data Vault).
Solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud environments.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements independently.
Strong analytical and communication skills., * Experience with Snowflake, Matillion, and AWS.
Knowledge of Python and API integrations.
Experience with Power BI.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe).
