Job description

We are looking for a Tech Solutions Engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails and JSON to join our talented development team. In this hybrid role, you will both develop scalable API applications and support customers in integrating and troubleshooting their e-invoicing connections. Acting as a bridge between our product and clients, you’ll ensure smooth implementation, high performance, and quick issue resolution., * Develop, test, and maintain API applications using Ruby on Rails

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues and bugs
  • Provide technical support for clients during API integration and configuration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to API usage and data exchange
  • Work with JSON-based data formats and e-invoicing standards (e.g. Peppol, UBL, EN16931)
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users
  • Document recurring issues and share insights with the product team for longterm improvements
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to code reviews and process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and RESTful API design
  • Solid knowledge of Ruby on Rails and JSON structures * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing technical support or assisting with integrations is a plus
  • Familiarity with e-invoicing concepts and compliance frameworks is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Java or Kafka is a plus
