  • Du bist fĂźr die Fehleranalyse und Problembehebung beim Anwender vor Ort zuständig
  • Du bist fĂźr die Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents zuständig

Requirements

  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Windows Clients
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit gängiger IT-Hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo)
  • Du bist zuverlässig und belastbar
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in IT-Projekten - Hardwarerollouts
