  • Fehleranalyse und Problembehebung beim Anwender vor Ort
  • Entgegennahme die Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents

Requirements

  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Windows Clients
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit gängiger IT Hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo)
  • Du hast Erfahrungen mit Windows 10, iOS und der Standartsoftware
  • Du bist zuverlässig und belastbar
  • Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast einen FĂźhrerschein
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in IT Projekten (Hardwarerollouts)
