Job description

  • Du bist zuständig für den Remote-Support im Bereich Linux und Windows Client
  • Du kümmerst dich um das Abarbeiten von übermittelten Tickets und dokumentiertst deine Arbeitsvorgänge im Ticketsystem
  • Du bietest Remoteuterstützung für die Kundenlokation und weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland
  • Du bist zuständig für fachliches Eskalationsmanagement

Requirements

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung bei der technischen Unterstützung von Endanwendern sammeln können
  • Du kennst dich mit der Windows Client Umgebung aus
  • Du hast bereits erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit IT-Hardware sammeln können
