Job description

You will work directly with our Creative Director and our in-house design team across a portfolio of 8-12 brand clients. The work spans Instagram content, email campaigns, paid ads, brand systems, packaging-adjacent assets, web pages, signage, and occasional print. You will be responsible for producing polished, on-brand work at a steady cadence while maintaining a distinct voice for each client., Design across multiple formats: social media content, email layouts, paid ad creative, brand systems, and supporting marketing assets

  • Maintain brand consistency across each client’s portfolio, ensuring no visual or tonal bleed between brands

  • Translate creative briefs into finished assets independently, with strong attention to typography, hierarchy, and composition

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on brand direction, campaign concepts, and quality review

  • Meet deadlines on multi-asset batches, often working on several clients within the same week

  • Follow platform-specific compliance guidelines for regulated industries (training provided)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, 3+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating typography fundamentals, layout discipline, and refined visual taste

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, any other creative programs)

  • Ability to work across multiple brand voices and aesthetics within a single workday

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to self-manage in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and overlap with U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for consumer brands, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle categories

  • Familiarity with HTML email, MJML, or Webflow

  • Motion design experience (After Effects, basic animation)

  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools as part of a creative workflow, while maintaining human-led judgment on final design decisions

  • Prior experience with regulated industries (cannabis, alcohol, supplements) is a plus, but not required
