Architect and own enterprise-level automation frameworks that enable real-time yield comparison and performance monitoring across global OSATs, testers, and manufacturing setups. Design scalable solutions that can be deployed across multiple product families while maintaining cost-effectiveness and manufacturability at scale. Drive system-level test coverage optimization through advanced DOE methodologies and predictive characterization strategies that proactively identify potential yield limiters before silicon availability. Develop innovative testing approaches that balance coverage, cost, and time-to-market constraints. Own and resolve complex ASIC/product integration challenges that impact mass production readiness. Define solution paths, success criteria, and risk mitigation strategies for multi-faceted integration issues spanning hardware, test, and manufacturing domains. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master’s degree and one year of experience.
