Part-Time IT & Security Administrative Support (Hourly/On-Call)

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide part-time, hourly support for an upcoming IT and cybersecurity compliance initiative. This temporary role will assist the IT and Security teams with administrative tasks related to documentation, tracking action items, organizing evidence, updating records, and preparing materials to support compliance and audit activities., * Current high school student, college student, or recent graduate.

• Must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area (DMV) and be available to work onsite at our McLean, VA office as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in IT, cybersecurity, business, or project management is a plus, but not required.

This temporary position offers a very flexible, on-call schedule and is ideal for a high school or college student looking to gain professional experience while working around school and other commitments.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00
