Job description

We are seeking an immediate contract GIS / ESRI Data Analyst to support enterprise geospatial initiatives, data integration, and operational analytics. This role will focus heavily on ESRI platforms, GIS data management, and data-driven reporting to improve business operations., * Administer and support ESRI ArcGIS platforms including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and related GIS tools

Design, build, and maintain geospatial maps, dashboards, field applications, and spatial databases
Integrate GIS, operational, and third-party data sources for reporting and analysis
Develop and manage geodatabases, feature layers, and data governance standards
Create Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support operational decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, improve workflows, and support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with operations teams to translate field data into actionable system solutions
Maintain data quality, documentation, and reporting accuracy across GIS and analytics platforms

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * 3+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS, GIS analysis, or geospatial data systems

Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, spatial data management, and GIS workflows
Experience with data modeling, SQL, Power BI, DAX, or enterprise reporting tools
Ability to manage large datasets and deliver analytical insights
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, * Experience with agricultural, land management, or field operations data
Familiarity with ETL processes, enterprise integrations, and geospatial governance
ESRI certifications or advanced GIS technical expertise, * Hands-on GIS expert with strong data analytics capabilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment
