Job description

Leading complex business transformation projects for international clients with your expertise in SAP and data., As an SAP Data Migration Lead, you bring experience in advising, guiding, and implementing the best data strategies, processes, and solutions for our clients within the SAP Master Data Management Framework. This sub-team within the SAP cluster consists of approximately 20 colleagues. Together, you make it possible for clients to transform into data-driven organizations through SAP Master Data transformation products and capabilities.   • Designing data strategies to enable the centralization of information and processes;
  • Defining strategies for mapping business processes related to Master Data Management and their impact on the integrated data landscape of the organization;
  • Coordinating and driving cross-functional design efforts to define the organization’s data integration requirements;
  • Managing data migration activities and incorporating the latest innovations in data conversion into our large SAP transformation programs;
  • Advising clients on various aspects of MDM to improve processes and systems;
  • Managing and motivating a team.

Requirements

You are analytical and a strong communicator. You are driven and committed to delivering practical solutions. You’re a true team player and enjoy coaching others. For the role of Senior Manager SAP Data Migration Lead, you also have:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Master Data activities, SAP process knowledge, and excellent leadership skills;
  • Experience working on and managing MDM projects, establishing governance for data-related design workshops while building and maintaining client relationships;
  • Strong knowledge of SAP in general; hands-on experience with SAP data-related tools such as Syniti, LSMW, SAP DMC, Data Analytics, Data Hub, SAP MDG, and/or SAP BODS;
  • Proven knowledge of the Dutch SAP market;
  • Excellent command of the English language, and preferably also of Dutch.
