BI Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. These individuals will partner directly with business stakeholders to transform healthcare and operational data into actionable insights through advanced Power BI development, data modeling, and reporting. This person will need to have with strong experience in Microsoft Fabric and/or Microsoft BI technologies who can turn complex healthcare data into meaningful business insights. This role is highly focused on understanding business needs, partnering with stakeholders, and building reporting solutions that help drive operational and strategic decisions.

*Minimum 1 year Power BI Development experience

*Strong Microsoft BI stack experience: Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling/Model Tuning/STAR Schema, SQL

*Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions

*Experience in an agile environment and able to adapt to new and evolving priorities *MS Fabric Experience

*Bachelor’s Degree preferred

*Azure Experience

*Healthcare industry
