We’re partnering with an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation that’s making significant investment in AI and digital innovation. They’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to play a key role in designing, building and deploying AI solutions that deliver real business impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with cutting-edge Microsoft AI technologies, and seeing their ideas move from concept to production. The Role
Working as part of a collaborative Technical Solutions team, you’ll help drive the organisation’s AI strategy by identifying high-value opportunities and delivering scalable AI-powered solutions across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, intelligent agents and automation solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Re-engineering business processes into AI-enabled or AI-native workflows.
- Building secure, integrated solutions within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Ensuring AI solutions are scalable, governed and production-ready.
- Monitoring, optimising and continuously improving AI performance and adoption.
About You
You’ll have a genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies, alongside a hands-on approach to engineering innovative solutions.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions and intelligent automation from proof of concept through to production.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and modern cloud technologies.
- A solid understanding of process improvement and AI-enabled automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of technical delivery.
Open to level - Junior - Mid level. Salary will reflect this.
