Intensive Anwenderbetreuung und -beratung, inkl. Durchfßhrung des Anwendersupports in Windows 10 und Office 2016 Betreuung der gesamten Windows-Systemlandschaft und Pflege zahlreicher Anwendungen Allgemeine kaufmännische Administration inkl. Planung und Beschaffung der IT-Ausstattung Unterstßtzung bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Systeme Erstellung von Dokumentationen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im oben beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet Sehr gute Windows- und VPN-Kenntnisse Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und lÜsungsorientiertes DenkvermÜgen Teamstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
