Job description

Steuerung und Coaching von zwei bis drei Entwicklungsteams zur Erreichung der Springziele Beratung der Projektmitglieder zur agilen Arbeitsweise Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Einhaltung des Scrumprozesses für agile Teams, auch in anderen Fachabteilungen Moderation von Sprints Erstellung von Reports sowie deren Interpretation und Präsentation dem Team gegenüber

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrungen als Scrum-Master (m/w/d) Scrum-Master-Zertifizierung von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel sowie gute Kenntnisse in den agilen Tools wie Confluence oder Jira Sichere Kommunikations- und Präsentationssicherheit sowie analytische Denkvermögen
